How it works - 100% remote
1. Free Zoom consultation
Schedule a 15–20 minute Zoom call. We listen to your situation and confirm what forms and documents you’ll need.
2. Secure documents upload
You receive a link to our secure portal where you can upload W-2s, 1099s, Social Security statements, mortgage interest, property tax, and any other documents.
3. Professional tax preparation
We prepare your federal and state tax returns using professional tax software, applying all credits and deductions that may apply to your situation.
4. Review together on Zoom
We schedule a second Zoom meeting to review your return line by line at a high level, answer your questions, and make any final adjustments.
5. Electronic signature & e-file
You sign the IRS e-file authorization form electronically. Once signed, we submit your return electronically to the IRS and, if applicable, to your state.
6. Copy & follow-up
You receive a PDF copy of your return and a summary of important points. If you receive any IRS notices related to a return we prepared, we help you understand them and discuss next steps.
